Step 1: Registering an Account
For GWP Members or GQP VIP Customers
- Access the Registration Page: Navigate to the homepage and click on either “Dealer Sign In / Register” or “VIP Customer Sign In / Register” based on your status.
- Fill in the Registration Form:
- Email Address: Enter a valid email.
- Password: Create a secure password.
- Additional Details: Provide any other required information.
- Submit the Form: Click on “Register Now” to create your account.
- Email Confirmation: Check your email for a confirmation link and follow the instructions to verify your account.
Step 2: Searching for Parts
Option 1: Search by Machine
- Navigate to “Parts by Machine”: From the main menu, select “Parts by Machine.”
- Select Machinery Type: Choose the type of machinery (e.g., Excavator, Bulldozer).
- Choose Make and Model: Select the manufacturer (e.g., CAT, Komatsu) and the specific model.
- Enter Serial Number: Input the machinery’s serial number if available to refine your search.
- Browse Available Parts: View the list of compatible parts for your selected machinery.
Option 2: Search by Engine
- Navigate to “Parts by Engine”: From the main menu, select “Parts by Engine.”
- Select Engine Type: Choose the engine category relevant to your needs.
- Choose Make and Model: Select the engine’s manufacturer and specific model.
- Enter Serial Number: Input the engine’s serial number if available.
- Browse Available Parts: View the list of compatible parts for your selected engine.
Option 3: Direct Part Number Search
- Use the Search Bar: Located at the top of the homepage, enter the specific part number you’re seeking.
- Review Search Results: If the part is available, it will appear in the search results.
- Select the Part: Click on the part to view detailed information.
Step 3: Adding Parts to Cart
- Select Desired Part: From the search results or category listings, click on the part you wish to purchase.
- Review Part Details: Ensure the part specifications match your requirements.
- Add to Cart: Click the “Add to Cart” button.
- Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout: You can add more items or proceed to the checkout process.
Step 4: Selecting Shipping Options
